About me: As well as playing football, I have a BTEC and NVQ in sports, I am also a FA level 1 coach and am currently coaching in a local school. I am a season ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion and a member at Edgbaston Cricket Club.

About me: I am currently studying to complete a sports development degree at Northumbria University. I hope this will bring opportunities to work within sport and also hope to further enhance Powerchair Football. I have a keen interest in all sports and also like to travel. My ultimate aim is to be part of the squad for Paris 2011 and bring the World Cup back to England.

About me: I live on a family run farm in Hexham, Northumberland with my parents, my sister and brother. I support Newcastle United and I like to watch and play any kind of sports. I have been playing Powerchair football 4 years for Northern Thunder and have played in all positions, including in goal.

About me: I now have 9 years experience playing Powerchair football. I am vice-captain of my Club team. I have earned myself a reputation as a vocal goalkeeper, who commands from the back. Away from football, I enjoy socialising with friends and relaxing with a hot chocolate in Starbucks. I also have a full-time job working for a local disability charity.

About me: I go to sixth form in my local area and I am currently studying ICT, Product Design and Law. In my spare time, generally on a Friday or Saturday I like to go out with my mates, have fun and socialise and then every Sunday I am committed to training for Aspire. Training is not the most fun thing to do, but because of my love for football I train hard with my great teammates to make us as good as possible.

About me: I have been playing Powerchair football now for nearly 10 years and in that time I have been lucky enough to have played football all over the world. I have progressed a lot as a player over this time and have learnt a lot. My future aims for Powerchair football is to play and captain the England side in upcoming events and also to help my team to a 5th successive National League title and to win the Powerchampions League and WFA Cup.

About me: Although on the pitch I am competitive and at times argumentative, I always play football as a team game and believe that ‘good players make other players look good also’. I try to play the game based on that principle and hope it’s not the opposition players I’m making look good! Off the pitch I am friendly and always try to be sociable with others. I study at The University of Worcester and work part time for West Bromwich Albion Community Programme.

I am currently studying in the Media Industry.
