News: National Team Head Coach announces next selection squad

The Head Coach for the WFA National Team has announced the names of the players invited to the second selection weekend of the season. The trials will be held in Bolton on the 7th & 8th November 2009. The aim is to develop a National Team to compete in International competitions over the next two years leading up to the FIPFA World Cup in 2011. It is hoped a number of other Internationals will be arranged during this period.
The following players have been selected to attend:
Jon Bolding (Aspire PFC)
Charlie Kitcher (Aspire PFC)
Edward Common (Northern Thunder)
Faye Stevenson (Northern Thunder)
Chris Gordon (Sporting Club Albion)
Daniel Kay (Sporting Club Albion)
Ben Mogie (Celtic Storm)
Mark Stevens (Celtic Storm)
The WFA and Head Coach would like to stress this is the second event in a number of trials which will be taking place over the next few months.
