News: WFA Management for Japan.
2007-03-22
There has been a recent change in the management of the WFA team for the Japan FIPFA World Cup, James Isaac was elected Head Coach back in September 06 for the forthcoming event but due to personal reason James has had to resign from this position. The WFA Executive has appointed Allen Harrison as the replacement Head Coach. Allen will have the support of Adam Parry and James Isaac in selecting for the trials and running of all training camps up to and including the World Cup in Japan this October.
Therefore there as also been a change in referees nominated by the WFA to attend the World Cup, Russell Baker was selected along with Allen Harrison to represent this October, but due to this change Martin Mills has been elected to take up this position. Both Russell and Martin are both qualified FA referees and this stands them in a good position when working on the international stage with FIPFA.
