Classification
The FIPFA Classification Commission has developed a short 7 minute introductory DVD outlining what classification is all about, and explaining how it is managed so that the sport is well regulated, and competition is on an equal and fair basis for those who qualify to play. Explanation is given about why classification is necessary, but there is good visual evidence to show key elements of how the classification process is carried out.
At present Classification is only enforced at an International level (i.e FIPFA World Cup). The WFA will keep all Clubs, coaches and players informed of any requirements or plans to change this in the future.
